Pietro DeBlasiWell what can I say, it’s week two here at CLOUT Partners in my new role as Head of Talent and having had the pleasure of meeting so many of the team, one of the things that has struck me is how passionate our people are about our customers and the company. My challenge will be to ensure that as we grow and scale, we do everything in our power to retain that passion and grow our culture; to be one of open mindedness, diversity, innovation and above all, excellence and pride in all that we do.

Over the coming days, weeks and months we will be working across our practices to understand our current talents aspirations, challenges and motivations as well as looking to identify talent for the myriad of opportunities that will arise as we continue our journey. It’s an exciting time at CLOUT Partners and everyone should get a chance to take advantage of that.

I joined CLOUT Partners from a global SaaS vendor and prior to that was at Salesforce, managing EMEA hiring for their Customer Success & Growth organisation, so I believe I have a good understanding of what it takes to build a business that can excel whilst providing excitement and opportunity as we grow.

Many have asked why the move from a global company to a small business. Truth be told, it’s a two part answer. The first is that I strongly believe in the CLOUT Partners leadership and foundations that are in place, having worked with both Kieran Carrick and Pinal Patel at Salesforce. The second part is that it’s a fantastic opportunity to truly make a difference; from hiring, through development and on to overall company success. We will be on a truly transformational journey and that is something exceptionally exciting. Opportunities like this don’t come up often, so I believe life is for living, for challenging ourselves and it doesn’t get much more fast paced than CLOUT Partners and our future plans.

We will be keen to hear from professionals at all levels that are operating in either the CRM, Human Capital Management (HCM) or Professional Services Automation (PSA) fields as we continue to bring new projects on stream and new challenges to overcome within a fast paced, fast growing and highly inclusive environment. So if this appeals to you or you know someone that would thrive here please feel free to get in touch. All of our vacancies can be viewed on the Careers page or you can contact me directly on
